I've signed it.

Although I fear Warwickshire members influence over our Club has been weakened so much by the Constitutional changes that we are almost irrelevant here so relying on the others.

The behaviour of Lancs CCC has been far more reprehensible than any tweets from individuals of the LAG. Their statement last Thursday was effectively a big fuck you to the members and to county cricket as a whole. They should be ashamed. Good on the LAG for bringing attention to their shameful attitude to wider county cricket

Have any other so called self professed big county CEO dared put their head above the parapet and made their position clear yet? Can't wait to start on them next

This if from a Lancashire member.

Letter to Stuart Cain Good evening

We had a fantastic development in the Campaign To Save First Class Cricket when Lancashire members successfully obtained a written guarantee from Lancashire CCC to give its members a binding vote on any of the Strauss/ECB reform proposals.  The option of keeping the status quo is on the table if all the options are not acceptable.

However, Lancashire is just one county out of 18 voting.  We need 7 to say no to a reduction in first class cricket.  Warwickshire is likely to say Yes to the ECB reforms based on the intelligence we have in the campaign so we really need your help.

As national campaign co-ordinator, I sent the following e mail to WCCC CEO Stuart Cain earlier today.

Dear Stuart

I'm coordinating the national campaign to save first class cricket.

I will be at Edgbaston tomorrow to meet members who support the campaign. Many have seen that after much effort Lancashire CCC issued the following statement last night.

https://cricket.lancashirecricket.co.uk/news/2022-news/lancashire-cricket-cancels-sgm-and-will-give-members-a-final-vote-on-high-performance-review/

Have you and your colleagues reached a similar decision to give WCCC members a meaningful vote as well?

If you see any problems with doing the same thing as Lancashire, would you be willing to meet a small delegation of members to explain the issues as you see them?

If anyone is going to the match on Sunday and would like to come along with me to see Stuart if he agrees then please let me know.

If you support asking Stuart for this promise then please can you also write to him StuartCain@edgbaston.com

I shall be going around the ground on Sunday to raise awareness and seek more support from WCCC members. If anyone would like to help me please let me know.

Many thanks
