I guess what will be will be. I just don’t like batsmen being disturbed and bowlers resting.

Hove sounds a different matter!

They are now playing at Headingley, it might be a stop start sort of day

Yeah I just watched two overs and it was glorious sunshine and the 66 over-old ball was doing nothing. I would say Somerset not in a terrible position given this.

Yes, I did wonder if the pitch has calmed down but if it is the pitch, they don't usually get better if it is that as opposed to overhead conditions. Just hope Yadav can make it really difficult and tie Somerset in knots.

Excellent run chase. Hate it when sides get bogged down chasing low totals and almost sleep walk into trouble. Have to be proactive. Brilliant, brilliant win. . Excellent work by the openers in the run chase, well batted Zen Malik.

yup, to the usual deafening chorus of magnanimity from his detractors

I see Yorkshire are putting up a stern fight against Somerset. Over 200 in front now with 4 wickets still in hand. Hill and Bess have put on 137 now!

There’s about to be some more significant rain in Leeds

Not sure rain helps as Yorkshire are making progress and there’s over a day yet!

good stuff from bess and your man George hill

good game. The way Cliff was bowling in the first innings, Somerset will have many rivers to cross to get the win here.

he's matured into a really good all-format all rounder, has Bess. I like the cut of his gib

Good news then, the rain has split around the ground!

15 balls to get one wicket for another Notts bonus point.

Watching on stream and my god Dave Bracegirdle is verging on repugnant every time I listen to him.

Why is it that for the 3rd day in a row, Craig Overton's face is the first thing we see whilst going onto the BBC Cricket site, The thought of that man getting a title medal is horrible. Keep going Yorkshire.
