OHD throughout 2014 to 2017 was quite a big part of the white ball sides.

Hope H Brookes is back soon.

That was all just bizarre regarding them students. Heard a couple of people (genuine cricket fans) got hurt from things being thrown too which is terrible.

If the club are gonna continue to peddle this 'FORTRESS EDGBASTON' moniker though and show videos on social media of beer snakes and people all dressed up getting lairy at Test matches, other people are gonna wanna come down and do the same as they think it's fair game...they've created a bit of a monster.

The game, it's incredible we even got 167. Literally only Pollock, Lamb, Burgess and Brez got any runs. Derbyshire's extra pace was a key difference, they fielded very well. So did we though. I do worry about Brez with the ball in this format, he's hittable these days. I said this at the start of the comp. Don't think we'll see Norwell again in this format, bowls both sides of the wicket. We're missing H. Brookes on those type of pitches.

Thought we'd pulled it out the fire when we got them 5 down!

I still enjoyed it.

Some great info on here, thanks all.

Totally out of order.

IN

Lamb
Norwell

OUT

Woakes (England)
Stone (back)
Yates (Ill)
Brookes (thigh)
Lintott (the 'vid)
Mousley (broken finger)

Rain again?

We'd be absolutely insane to let him go. The trajectory of his career is on the up. Farbrace always speaks well of him. Academy product, developed locally. He has a good career ahead of him.

Just couldn't quite get going could we. It's a really difficult ground to chase on with the longer boundaries and the odd angles at wide long on and wide long off.

Damage was done with the ball though.

Agree entirely, I'm not happy with the situation. Hate having to decide whereabouts im gonna sit beforehand and then be restricted to staying in that stand for the entire game.

Lancashire were spared...

Durham away tomorrow, Stokes available, Durham are having a pretty good season and Chester le Street is a tough place to play.

Bears win.

I read something about having to select the members comp option?

Hammering down in Acocks Green right now...

Depending what weather app you look at we'll either be absolutely fine this evening or it's gonna be a complete and utter wash out...

Can we keep the run going?

Woakes in?
Stone in?

Lancashire top 5 looks tasty, Finn Allen, Davies, Livingstone, Buttler, Vilas.

Wickets up top important tomorrow I'd say.

Good win last night. Teams will be fearing us, we're hammering people. Leicestershire look a better team than their record suggests. I can't believe the transformation in the field, some of the catches we took were excellent. Everyone looks comfortable in their role. It's always someone different with the bat aswell, not just Hain on his own.

Leicestershire hanging around here...

This kind of thing makes me a little uncomfortable.

West Indies cricket is in danger of going down the toilet and this sort of thing ain't helping.

If someone offered us 3 wins from this away game run I'd have ripped their arm off.

All ova em!

I'd probably agree with that. Only scored 40 off the last 5 which was a little disappointing considering the position we got into and the people we had to come.

We'll see.
