It's incredible to think Benjamin played all those games and Barnard didn't.

Good knock from Davies too which will have annoyed many I'm sure...

Nail on head Andy re both points. Although I'm hoping Davies isn't opening, keeping and captaining.

Great come back after those 2 early wickets. Now let's see what on paper looks an average pace attack get on.

72 in the last 5 overs = tight bowling needed now

This is the thing with him, he doesn't shape it all so on flat pitches like this he's absolute cannon fodder. Clearly struggles under pressure too.

Yep, I remember him having an over like that last season as well, think it was the last over of the innings. Can’t remember who against but as soon as the first couple of balls go for boundaries the rest seem to as well.

Awful bowling or sensational batting? Hopefully the spinners will slow them down.

Why is this Sylvester chirping the batters after getting whacked for 6?

When he has a couple of poor balls go for 4 his head drops and he can no longer be given the ball. Where's Che and why didn't we get the spinners on earlier?

At least with such a big score to defend, even though they got off to an absolute flyer they still need to score at over 10 an over.

My lip-reading read "f** arrogant t***". Something wound him up...

Related to his specific thread though he definitely could shed a few pounds. Barely got off the ground for that potential catch.

Agreed but when you think of all the bowlers missing it's no great surprise.

Ahh yes but that's our own fault. Ali was unlikely to join up and Webster was always going to be unavailable. Woakes was never going to be free.

Where on earth have we got this tub of lard from?

It is bad enough seeing Miles line up to bowl & then Garton has just lost the plot but we must have better players than this Sylvester guy.

Recruitment once again disgraceful.

Poor captaincy in terms of bowler rotation. Took the spinners off when we'd started to reduce the run rate. Hasnt bowled Yates and Sylvester should focus on bowling rather than sledging

For his own benefit, he should not play tomorrow. Clearly not of the level required..

Notts stank the T20 out last season and are without some of their traditional better players but they could put the 16 year olds on against this attack.

How unprofessional and disorganised are we?
