It would appear so, I got mine for the 'Midlands Mania' and the 'Bears v Pears' at the box office one Monday, 8th June I think. You can get it on your phone if you have the Edgbaston App. You might get in without it but......

Our friends did us a favour last night by beating Durham, the table is quite compact with three teams on 12 points, and three on 8, lets hope we can thank them by giving them a real good beating.

You get the feeling that we need to start to 'Get Real' now as with the table being congested, one win or net run-rate could decide who goes through.

Same squad. No mention of Dicky Gleeson.

It is first day of the test match, so he is, probably, on standby in case of any pre game injuries.

It does seem logical to keep him as part of the test squad for at least the first day, especially as it's his first time in the squad for a home test.

Think it is getting close to a must win today. How do you fancy a Friday evening, at Edgbaston, against local rivals, with old boys Brookes, Hose and Issac around to embarrass us.

Or maybe old boys Moeen and Ed Barnard might embarrass the Pears - but let's not stray into the realms of optimism on here.

Talking about optimism, Bethell should have a chat with McCullum and request to play tonight. He could jump in a car at lunch and be at Edgbaston in good time to play.

but how could he turn down the opportunity to wander around the boundary doing 12th man duties anyone else could do? SMH

Just wondering: Concussion substitute? Don't get me wrong I think should and will play for us on Sunday but it is a reason England could keep him with the squad.

Englamd are releasing him Saturday evening, him and Sam Cook. Joverton retained.

Good knowledge!

Yeah, fully expected him to be released, just hypothesising on the concussion sub. Reckon Joverton an excellent deputy for Olly Pope as a substitute.

Bumped into Steve O'Shaughnessy at the ticket office outside the ground as he was getting tickets for the test match. I asked him to not give any LBW decisions against Warwickshire but I’m not sure if he listened.

Unchanged side from the last few games. Issac Mohammed playing for the Pears - bound to get a good score!

We won the toss and chose to bowl.

Like getting into a time machine and going back to last seasons quarter-final. How many times have we said it on here (Well, definitely me anyway) that when you have a big playing area, why keep trying to hit over the ropes when you don not need to and others have perished doing just that. We do love to give catching practice don't we. I could have strangled Hasan, doing all the hard work to get it down to just a few singles and then he goes and tries to give even yet another catch. It makes great watching but it is very unprofessional to keep making the same mistakes and we got away tonight but we do need to put these sorts of games away with overs to spare.
