If we’re gonna make move it’s got to be this week.

Feel it’s unlikely that us, Somerset and Notts all win both games, so think that if we can win both of ours we’ll have a good chance.

Big test for the "win when it matters" mentality here, if we can keep going here when everyone's playing at the same standard then I think we're taking big steps forward.

Weather looks pretty ropey around the 3 venues and if we are still around the same point difference coming into the last game, we might have to take a risk or two in this one maybe.

We're maybe at the stage where with rain affected games we could see captains getting together and trying to set targets, forfeited innings etc...

I can only see that happening in our last game v Leicestershire if they also need to win to stay up but I cannot see it being the case in any of Somerset's or Notts' games as none of their opponents are in need of a win, maybe to get better positions and prize money. I doubt if any captain wants to be the one to hand a title to either of the top 3.
