Looks like Ryan is bu**ered. He was taken off after 7 balls (being hit for 10 in that!), on the first morning and hasn't bowled since.

The Derbyshire website says that they "quickly lost the services of on-loan seamer Ryan Sidebottom, pulling up with a suspected hamstring problem just 1.1 overs into his Derbyshire debut."
Unless it's very minor, they won't see much more of him for the rest of his month's loan.
He’s such a lovely bloke. Deserves much better luck than this.
We could do with him now given the number of bowlers injured or not match fit!
I see that Ryan is playing for Kent against Essex in their friendly fixture at Canterbury - though figures of three overs, 0-23 don't suggest that a contract is imminent.
