The answers above suggest the delays are down to Royal Mail not the club.

Don't think it's reasonable of the club to blame Royal Mail. Few years ago we used to get membership packs mid-March. Seems to be getting later every year now - recall we had to pick ours up from the shop last year.

Is it only me now? Still not received the pack. Ticket office staff have been very understanding - but it’s not their fault. What on Earth has happened.

We are expecting 4 membership packs - 1 arrived 10 days ago....nothing since! Getting fed up now.

Trusting items to royal mail is always a risk. It would seem that 3 of your packages have been lost by Royal Mail.

Regardless of whatever blame we wish to lay on Royal Mail- they are still too late sending them out in the first place

I agree that getting Membership cards and information out before the start of the season should be expected as part of the deal.

Is it not time for the club to look at producing a digital membership "card" that members can print off at home - or have a QR on their phone? It would reduce the postage costs and make it easier to get the non-digital ones out to those that prefer it that way.

My thoughts exactly LE. Seems a bit last century now to produce a new card every year. Appreciate not everyone is tech savvy but the option could be offered - just like the yearbook is no longer automatically produced for every member. Re the late delivery: seems from his personal newsletter that Stuart Cain has taken onboard the criticisms this year and will look at bringing forward membership pack delivery forward next year.

Just wondering….we’ve still not received our membership packs. Is anyone else still waiting?

Yeah I'd be kicking the door down now if I was you. I had mine about 2 weeks ago.
