A great start to the season.

looking at the videos, there was some dreadful batting by Notts but all credit to the Bears. Also, good to see two young guns (Bethell and Benjamin) putting the Notts bowlers to the sword.
(Bit of a mixed metaphor there, with guns and swords!)

Impossible to tell from pre-season. But looks like Yates might be struggling to keep his opening spot for T20.
Burgess played all 3, and played well. Benjamin and Barnard both opened with Davies, Davies didn’t keep at all, Mousley and Hain to come in.

Way too early prediction might be:
Benjamin/Barnard
Davies
Hain
Moeen
Mousley
Burgess/Bethell
Barnard/Benjamin
Garton
Hassan
Briggs
Gleeson

Good team on paper, not sure about the availability of Mo and Hasan because of the T20 World Cup?

Yates was terrific in last seasons Blast, 5 half centuries.
