Not sure his heavy breathing ever helped with cricket commentary. For some reason he never had the same problem with football commentary which he has now retired from as well!

That is a massive relief. It got to a point when I couldn't listen when he was commentating and had to turn it off. Richard Wilford and Mike Taylor are far superior.

Mike Taylor has an incredibly deep voice. Incredibly deep. If he inhaled helium it would bring him up to the level of Barry White.

So long as were spared from the ghastly Melinda Farrell I'm happy.

I like Farrel.
