Jansen will be at the IPL. Mumbai Indians I think...

Has he got off lightly here? Maybe? I'm not sure...

Yeah I don't like how all this is going. I don't want to see Yorkshire go to the wall but there does need to be some pretty tough sanctions imposed.

I read that opening post and got a bit self conscious for a moment, haha!

Misses 1st game of the season now right?

Vihari, Malan and Holder were all useless let's not get away from that! The fact that we won the Championship with 10 men in most games remains the biggest achievement. Without trying to sound unkind.

Overseas player for next year, unless it's somebody proven and almost guaranteed to contribute in most games i wouldn't even bother getting one in.

The Cricketer, for some reason, has reported that all of our one day matches at home will be at Portland Rd.

No mention of this in the fixture announcement as far as I can tell...

Championship matches starting on Monday or Tuesday, why?!

Traditional curtain raiser for the English first class season. In recent times has been played in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Barbados.

What's happening with this this time around?

Its crazy. Irrespective of the Yorkshire situation this fixture announcement should not have taken this long.

The lads wanna book Benidorm and I can't be doing that until I can be sure I'm not missing the Bears at home...

Any update on this? What's the hold up?

Felt sorry for Woakes, Wood and Robinson. They bowled well, impossible to cover how bad Leach and Stokes were though. And as for the fielding...

I've always felt Leach has been a tad overrated. Not a bad bowler as such but I do tend to think he relies on batsmen making mistakes against him as opposed to him actually getting them out. And it's not the first time he's been utterly pumped.

The exact same role he had with us, no?

I'd rather we backed our own.

What's going on? It's a bit quiet...

Very proud of Recordo Gordon for standing up for himself as a young man. He articulates himself excellently in this piece.

He was a good player too, I know there were questions over his action but I remember at the time remarking that he'd been unlucky to be released. Was terrific across 2014 and 2015.

Dan, has just made his maiden List A ton out in Sri Lanka. 105 off 94 balls, 8 fours and 5 sixes.

Any news on this yet?

I felt the club were a bit hasty in releasing that statement this afternoon. And after reading through Azeem Rafiq witness statement I think they need to rethink how they move forward with this.
