You can have a go at his batting all day long but he standing up a lot today and many if those byes were sent down the leg side. He's not a great keeper but, in my humble, is better than Kai at the moment.

Couldn't agree more. I presume his plan for last winter was put before an ECB committee around 12 months prior. He should have gone then, or at the very least had the errors of his ways explained. Others have questioned whether there is enough cricket experience at the top of the ECB.
