Genuinely the bowling line up here is probably better than what we sent out the weekend just gone.
Agreed

Are we hiding Garton?

What are our new management team and captain doing.....

That was utterly abysmal...please don't tell me Sylvester is going to bowl the lost over...
Nope. Che and Taz in tomorrow. Yates to 2, Lytham to 3, Kai to keep

Might save us the annual QF horror show though given we've started with one this year

Poor captaincy in terms of bowler rotation. Took the spinners off when we'd started to reduce the run rate. Hasnt bowled Yates and Sylvester should focus on bowling rather than sledging

This is the thing with him, he doesn't shape it all so on flat pitches like this he's absolute cannon fodder. Clearly struggles under pressure too.
When he has a couple of poor balls go for 4 his head drops and he can no longer be given the ball. Where's Che and why didn't we get the spinners on earlier?

But shouldn't be.....does he ever bowl all 4?

Garton's back.....

My patience has run out with our captain now, every innings the same

Still not sure why a keeper who wasn't 1st choice at Lancashire is now keeper, opener and captain. Does Davies bowl?

Allegedly there was a feeling that Kai didn't keep well at Yorkshire but they didn't want to drop him completely, not sure I agree with that assessment

Why's Davies keeping?

Excellent win which will hopefully boost confidence but we do need address the recurring issues. Making inroads into the opposition innings before letting them off the hook and our all too frequent batting collapses

There's a two day friendly on march 25-26 Vs Northampton at Edgbaston listed on https://live.nvplay.com/ecb/?tab=c_matches#c8f6422d9-d87f-4fd9-9084-95f59dc0d112 and a corresponding 2nd XI fixture at Portland road. Behind closed doors?

Any news on pre season games?

We go down as they've won more games than us (not difficult).
😳

What happens in the unlikely event we're on the same number of points as Lancashire?

Anyone else struggling to sell their finals day tickets in the ticket exchange?

The kookaburra's back in the game we really need to win....
