I agree, Kai & Suthar in for Davies & Booth and also I think, Chris W will be back, for Thompson.
Yes, Davies, Booth and Simmons out of the squad and Kai and Suthar in - but no Chris Woakes.
I can't find the squad
No squad list, but they’ve announced the headlines in the match preview on the site. In the interview with Westwood posted earlier, he says he expects Woakes to play.
