Sibley opening doesn’t indicate too positive an approach

Frustrating draw

I really hope we don't have the same issues as we did last year. We were in great position after day 1 and should have put ourselves in a much better position

Very frustrating as I feel that less time lost to rain/bad light over the first 3 days we might have got the win.
I look at that as a win lost to weather. We didn’t capitalise on a strong position as we should have earlier, however, I still feel 4 full days of cricket and we win that.

I agree about the lack of ruthlessness, but I also think that the rain came at the worst possible time yesterday. We had them on the ropes with OHD bowling very well, but the rain and early close allowed them to regroup today. I am a bit surprised that Briggs (or even Lamb) didn't bowl today though.

I agree that in the end it was a win for the weather.
I hope that, in time, Danny Briggs will be a suitable four day replacement for Jeetan but I think he has some way to go. It's impossible to imagine that Jeetan would have not been called on to bowl in the second innings today or yesterday.

Couple of them Derby dismissals looked a bit iffy didn't they? And throughout the 4 days I thought the umpires were very keen to get off at even the slightest chance of any light drizzle...
