Suggestion that he won't be available for the first game and may well have further availability issues as the season goes on.
Depends if he ends up in their t20 squad as if he does that pretty much rules out April to June. In which case we need to sign another overseas.
The timing of this news so close to the start of the new season is disappointing.

No great shock, surprised it didn't happen earlier. That is Pakistan cricket for you, totally disorganised, like the year they chose 31 different opening partnerships in all formats of cricket and then wondered why their openers could never gel.
