Cracking partnership today. Durham have a bit more pace than most attacks and with it coming onto the ball nicely along with a short boundary, Davies looks like he is in his element.

It does have to be said that there are not many wickets anywhere today (2 for Garrett).

Sorry but this bowling is garbage, I am off out for a couple of pints!

Anything short or wide and Briggs needs to try and get onto it

Terrible LBW decision........high and going down. At best it was clipping off stump, if somebody was holding it in the air!!

Not good from us though, poor stuff this.

Good player Burgess but what was he doing there?

Maybe they know there is rain on its way and are trying to get on with it but he was playing all around that delivery

Poor stuff this

Overcast conditions and the score is currently 111/1 with the RR being close to 5

Worcs would be one of the favourites for relegation this season, I dont want to criticise before our first session has ended but this does not bode well at all.

At least we have kept the BBC happy. All they ever want to discuss is Surrey, with Yorkshire's recent demise they can wax lyrical until the cows come home now.

Not too bad this morning just the 2 wickets in seven balls so far

At what point do the club decide that this is just not acceptable?

It is not just that we have lost these key games when we need to see players step up.

If we lost tight games and took the games into the last overs or had the opposition 8 or 9 wickets down then it could just be a case of getting to the first final to show we can do it.

We have been demolished every time, twice recently by Hants (maybe 3 times?) who are full of average cricketers but know how to perform when it matters. I will bet that they were supremely confident that we would fold today under any kind of pressure. Rhodes is a decent batsmen but we need a captain who is determined to drag every last ounce out of the players when it matters.......he seems too nice to me.

Coaching team to go as soon as. Gillespie always struck me as someone who got the best out of players........I dont know enough about him or other candidates but a no nonsense speaking coach who only wants a winning mentality is needed.

Not just the management etc, I do wonder if some of our players are just not as good as we think they are. For example, Hain aside would you ever trust any of our batters in a tough situation? We need better quality/attitude.

Yes, I agree but that too comes down to the management as it is them that recruit & hand out the contracts. Cricket has a much smaller pool of players and clubs than football but if the coach & DOF (and therefore should know the players characters well enough)at one of the biggest clubs in the country were constantly getting hammered when in the knock out stages of competitions they would be out on their backsides. This is not good enough for Warwickshire.

I am about done with this coaching set up to be honest.

Every time we are involved in a knock out game we get absolutely nailed. Not just a defeat but rank embarrassment.

We were in contention for at least a top 2/3 finish in the championship and lost 2 on the trot quite meekly as well.

There is a mentality issue that will only be fixed by getting rid of weak leadership and putting people in place who can get the best out of the players that we have at the club, actually leadership that demands better from the players.

It is time Robinson left, I do not see how he can come back from this failure, it is one too many.

We have been unlucky so far this morning. The usually reliable Yates dropped one and they have lived a charmed life with quite a few play & misses........one just dropped short of OHD as I type. Haines is somehow on 25 and has hardly hit a ball where he intended it.

I feel that Davies is a slightly divisive character but seems to have matured a little this season. Miles is far further up the 'should be dropped' ladder for me with H Brookes again our most expensive bowler. I agree with comments about Burgess but there are other players who have not performed at their best as well.

OHD & the improving Barnard with an excellent finish there.........Kellaway played well for them.

That did not look out to me with E Brookes catch on the boundary, definitely touched the rope prior to throwing it back in play but we will take that.

Poor from us last 15 overs with the bat I thought

Instead of just playing normally we decided to go mad which ended up counter productive. I thought there was 350 plus on the cards had we just kept our nerve and had a go in the last 10.

Our seam bowling has been very 'samey' with only OHD being economical. Miles despite taking 2 wickets has bowled loosely for me once again.

Simpson looked hard done by there on the replay........seemed to be a clear gap between bat & ball. Makes up for Davies, there is some poor umpiring on the county circuit

That looks a bad one on their batsmen Davies...........nicked it down the leg side and went to walk off but the umpire never gave it so he stood. Poor from him and the umpire if as suspected he got something on that.

Not good enough if all that you have to do is win the toss to win the game, for either team

It's jagging everywhere off the pitch. OHD would have had a field day with ball in hand here.

We will get the chance to see very soon, 6 down now

Just about to put the live stream on........I am not going to bother

No matter what the conditions are we should not be 5 down for nothing on our own pitch against one of the worst teams in the championship, another season falling away with the same players failing over and over again.

Robinson has some questions to answer, our mentality is not good enough when we are up against it with bat or ball

One of the most entertaining and strange T20 match I have ever watched!

All the better to have won it
