It is now & it was a really good ball that got Pollock :-(

Garrett was injured, acording to the BBC comentators.

No video livestream today, audio is through the bbc website or sport app.

Is anyone able to hear the live audio?

Maybe Miles for Johal or Garrett

A good win, and delighted that Ed Pollock played a really sensible innings for his first List A century today.
Hopefully it goes a big way to silencing those who doubt his ability.

Quite effectively too. All 3 spinners were efficient.

I'd think Bethell is well ahead of where they expected on his development due to injuries and covid etc.

Hopefully KVV gets another chance before the competition finishes.

Too many wide balls from both opening bowlers.

The covers are moving!

Rhodes & yates replace Benjamin and Garrett.

He has a British passport as his father is English.

Informative article from cricinfo here

Sad to think some here are unhappy he was given an opportunity as his father lives and raised his family in South Africa.

The video interview with Mark Robinson last night suggest that Rhodes and Yates were certain to play. Miles will depend on his fitness after the game at Durham.

It would almost certainly be cheaper to play the game behind closed doors, the stewarding, and catering staff costs will far exceed any income from spectators.

The Derbyshire option, of fortitting games would be even cheaper!

The club played the strongest available side yesterday, remember there are players missing due to injuries, England call ups and the un wanted competition.
Unlike Derbyshire, we have fullfilled all our fixtures.

It is technically a first team game, and the club needs all the gate income it can get right now, we are still in a global pandemic, if you hadn't noticed!

I'd say it's unlikely, as Jordan is from Staffordshire, and Neville was from Coventry.
Perhaps you should email Tom Rawlins and ask the question.

For some players it's about being in the right place, and getting the right opportunity.
Which makes it even more annoying when talented players who have been given the opportunity, not only waste their talent, and the resources that have been invested in them, fail to make the most of the chances they are given and fail to perform at their best consistantly.

A very young squad with only 4 players having had much first team experience.
