Recordo is an impressive person, and is developing into a very good coach.
Hopefully he's able to develop his coaching career, and eventually get opportunities to coach a county at senior team level.

One positive from this is that we will not have to endure the comments of Vaughan during the Ashes series.
The situation does raise some safeguarding and welfare issues for Warwickshire, as some members of the playing staff are under 18.
I'd think the club will be needing to get advice from specialist employment law lawyers.
Would any employer have taken on a person who had acted in the way alleged if they knew about the situation before offering him a contract?
This is the specific section of evidence to the employment tribunal about Bresnan, he is mentioned elswhere too
I reccomend you read the full document, it is very disturbing.
Tim Bresnan
From the Guardian website
"Rafiq said that Yorkshire’s attitude to him changed the moment after he and six or seven other players made complaints accusing Bresnan of bullying in 2017, but Rafiq said he was the only one singled out for being a troublemaker."
Raffiq has answered all the questions very well, he comes across as a decent person.
It's unacceptable that he's been treated so badly by the Yorkshire club, it's players and management.
Raffiq is giving evidence now, live on BBC parliament and website. Tim Bresnan is mentioned, not in a positive way.
Today we have news of both the Yorkshire CEO and the Essex chairman resigning
The Yorkshire chairman has now resigned, as well as other board members.

Also, Jacob Bethel is Barbadian, so technically he has an ethnic minority background.
He was at Carrow Road last weekend based on his latest Instagram post.
Think yourself lucky your being allowed to sit on the step!
One factor in the decision would be the quality of the coaching available. Not going to australia will allow him more time with the coaches at Warwickshire, and with Gary Palmer who he has worked with on a private basis before.
I think the old saying was
"if you snooze, you Lose".
Your failure to obtain a ticket is totally down to your failure to act at the appropriate time!

Paul Farbrace during the coverage yesterday was very complimetary of H Shah who is only 15 and opening in the second team, one point he made was that there needs to be a route for him, and similar players, to the first team when he's about 18, if he's developed as expected.
As the article said, before they signed Davies!
